STOLEN ARCH*VES ships from the Gold Coast, Australia using Australia Post.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, restocks, promotional periods, or public holidays, processing times may be extended.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as PRE-ORDER are not in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Australia Post Standard Shipping:
2–8 business days (estimated)

Australia Post Express Shipping:
1–4 business days (estimated)

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. STOLEN ARCH*VES is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please contact Australia Post first using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.
