Change of Mind

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If your item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery, we may offer a store credit or size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Sale items marked as final sale

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major fault or does not match its description.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received.
